1. The technology of gas power generation center is not under complete control, which limits the development of gas power generation industry. At present, there are barriers in key technology between domestic manufacturing enterprises and foreign enterprises, and the technology of gas power generation center is not under complete control. These are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1. In the design and manufacture of gas turbines, extinguishers, turbine blades and other thermal components rely entirely on imports, and there are bottlenecks in their development. Although domestic manufacturing enterprises can manufacture and assemble gas-fired generating units, they have not yet completed essential breakthrough in key technologies such as machine design, data manufacturing of thermal components, cooling and thermal insulation coatings. Thermal components such as gas turbine extinguishers and turbine blades are still completely dependent on imports.
2. The maintenance of the whole machine depends on the original manufacturer, and the maintenance cost is expensive. Limited by the technical uncontrollability of the equipment design and manufacturing center, the technical control of the whole machine maintenance center in China is not deep and thorough. The maintenance, upgrading and replacement of the units are all dependent on the original manufacturer.
3. The extinguishing parameters of the unit can not be adjusted independently, and there are hidden dangers in the safe operation of the unit. Extinguishing is the central technology of the original manufacturer, which must be stopped by the original manufacturer. Gas turbine power generation enterprises do not control the norms and parameters of the whole machine extinction adjustment. Operators can not automatically adjust the extinction to ensure that the unit operates at the minimum extinction pulsation and the optimum emission point, which is not conducive to effectively control the safety situation and carry out abnormal diagnosis and analysis.
2. There are problems in the design and manufacture quality of gas-fired power generation equipment, which affect the reliability of unit operation. In recent years, there are problems in the design and manufacture of domestic gas-fired power generation units. Compressor, extinguisher and heat channel components, generators, gas systems and other faults occur frequently, especially in class F units.
3. Unit performance can not fully comply with operation requirements and environmental conditions, affecting equipment life. Most of the gas-fired generating units in China import foreign technology, can not fully comply with domestic operation mode and operation environment, and equipment maintenance cycle and operation life are shortened accordingly.
4. Unorderly development of gas-fired power generation is a prominent problem. There is no effective connection between the installed capacity of gas generating units and the supply of natural gas, power dispatching agencies and gas-fired power generating enterprises, and between the installed capacity of gas generating units and the supply of natural gas, the consumption of generating gas and the output of generating electricity, the mode of supplying gas and peak shaving of power grid.
