1、 Working principle of natural gas desulfurization equipment:
When the feed gas enters the battery limit of desulfurization equipment, it first passes through a feed gas separator to remove a small amount of free water carried in the feed gas by gravity, and then the gas passes through the desulfurizer bed in the tower from the top of the desulfurization tower, and the H2S in the gas is removed. The purified natural gas comes out from the tower bottom and enters the purified gas filter separator to separate the desulfurizer dust that may be entrained in the gas, and the natural gas from the purified gas filter separator directly flows into the gas transmission main pipe. As for the regeneration operation, since the operating conditions are difficult to control and the reuse results are poor, the desulfurizer is currently used once.
Different dry desulfurization process schemes can be selected according to the specific conditions such as gas quality conditions, treatment capacity and station planning and construction scheme. The current scheme includes feed gas separator + double tower + purified gas filter separator. In addition, there are schemes of double tower + purified gas filter separator, feed gas separator + four towers + purified gas filter separator, four towers + purified gas filter separator, etc.
2、 Technical features of natural gas desulfurization equipment:
(1) Desulfurizer has the advantages of high sulfur capacity and high strength, and its actual sulfur capacity can reach 25% ~ 30% (mass fraction);
(2) The desulfurizer can be operated within the pressure range of 0.1 ~ 8.0MPa, and only h and s are removed without CO2. The content of H and s in purified gas can meet the requirements of class I natural gas;
(3) The process and equipment of the equipment are simple, easy to operate and unattended;
(4) The equipment investment and production cost are low. Except for a small amount of energy consumption during loading, there is basically no energy consumption under operating conditions;
(5) There is the problem of waste residue treatment, but the waste residue does not damage people and livestock, does not pollute the environment, and has some improvement effect on alkaline soil;
(6) For the natural gas desulfurization equipment using solid desulfurizer, the better the sulfur potential is, the H2S removal amount is ≤ 150kg / D (according to the sulfur content of feed gas), which saves the operation cost.
