1、 Desulfurization tower
There are many structural types of desulfurization tower, now most of the manufacturers are mainly packed tower, and most of the packed tower are packed in bulk. The bulk packed column is superior to other plate columns for its simple structure, large gas-liquid flow area, small resistance, large operation flexibility and stable operation. In recent years, a lot of packing materials with large volume, high porosity, low price and good quality have been developed, which make the packed tower play a greater advantage.
The key to improve the power absorption of packed tower is to require the gas and liquid to be evenly distributed and fully touched. The inlet gas, distribution of desulfurizing liquid, gas-liquid redistribution equipment, demister, vortex plate and other components are planned reasonably.
The spray density of desulfurization tower is more than 35 m3 / (M2 · h), and the liquid gas ratio is more than 15 L / m3. If the spray density is too small, the desulfurization tower will simply form a dry area, resulting in low desulfurization power. The direct harm is sulfur blockage in the desulfurization tower. In practice, it is forbidden to adjust the desulfurization circulating liquid with the change of system load, which should be controlled in many areas. On the other hand, many enterprises now choose hump support plate at the bottom of desulfurization tower filler. Although the through hole rate is more than 100%, it is easy to form sulfur accumulation because there is no hole at the bottom of the valley. Especially when using high sulfur coal, sulfur blockage is easy to form at the place one meter above the inlet of the tower. In order to reduce sulfur plugging or salt plugging in desulfurization tower, hump support plate is not used in the bottom support planning of bulk packing at all, but general grid plate is used instead, which has been confirmed in the production of many factories.
2、 Regeneration tank
In order to facilitate the flotation of sulfur foam, the regeneration tank generally has 2 dispersing plates. The function of the dispersing plate is to scatter the bubbles in the desulfurizing liquid, so that it can disperse into many small bubbles and distribute evenly in the process of rising. It can make the sulfur particles to be floated on the surface of the bubbles, on the other hand, add the area of the liquid to touch the air, and on the other hand, stabilize the liquid level of the desulfurizing liquid of the regeneration tank. Useful flotation of sulphur foam. The base distribution board is generally 2 meters away from the bottom of the tank, the upper distribution board is 1-1.5 meters away from the desulfurization liquid level, and the aperture on the distribution board is generally set at 0 φ The hole spacing is about 20 mm, and most of them are placed in triangles. In order to reduce the accumulation of sulfur foam and reduce the corrosion of sulfur to the regeneration tank body, the interval between the tail tube and the bottom of the regeneration tank is 600 ~ 800mm.
When the solution stays in the regeneration tank, environmental protection, that is, the useful volume of the regeneration tank, is an important planning parameter. Generally, the time of solution staying in the regeneration tank is about 15 minutes.
3、 Rich liquid tank
Another key point in the planning of rich liquid tank is that the desulfurization liquid can not form a short circuit in the rich liquid tank, that is to say, it should be ensured that the desulfurization liquid really stays in the rich liquid tank, otherwise the rich liquid tank is in vain.
For the equipment of wet desulfurization system, in order to reduce the corrosion of desulfurization liquid to the equipment, 20 × steel should be selected in the planning, and Q235 general carbon steel should not be used as much as possible.
