Through years of practical experience, we have improved the jet regeneration tank, improved the efficiency of oxidation and regeneration, and made the flotation of the sulfur in the regeneration tank foam on the liquid surface. After the oxidation, the concentration of the sulfur foam will be greatly increased, the amount of sulfur foam will be reduced, the time of melting sulphur and the consumption of steam will be greatly reduced, and the quality of the poor liquid will also be improved. The operation cost of desulfurization is reduced.
The unique double tower series wet desulfurization process has completely solved the problem of sulfur blocking in operation.
Wet desulfurization system
1. Gas flow:
The gas from the front section enters the bottom of the wet desulfurization tower, flows from bottom to top, contacts with the desulfurization liquid under the upper spray counter current, the H2S in the gas is absorbed, and the gas from the top of the tower enters the liquid catching device, after removing part of the water in the gas, the purified gas (H2S ≤ 20mg) goes to the lower section.
2. Desulfurization liquid process:
The desulfurizing liquid (commonly known as rich liquid) from the bottom of the desulfurizer, after a certain slow charging and ripening, is pressurized to 0.4MPa by the regeneration pump and sent to the ejector at the top of the regenerator. When the rich liquid passes through the ejector nozzle at a high speed, the suction chamber of the ejector forms a negative pressure and automatically sucks in air
The phase parallel flows through the throat pipe of the ejector and the diffusion pipe, which is discharged from the tail pipe and flows upward from the bottom of the regeneration tank. At this time, the suspended sulfur particles in the rich liquid are floated by air to float on the upper part of the regeneration tank and overflow into the sulfur foam tank. Regeneration of qualified desulfurization liquid (commonly known as lean liquid)
Through the liquid level control valve, it comes out from the middle of regenerator to desulfurization tower, and the lean liquid is pressurized by desulfurization pump and then sent to the top of desulfurization tower for recycling.
The sulfur foam is pressurized by foam pump to melt sulphur system, heated by steam (steam pressure 0.4-0.6MPa), and processed into sulfur product. The resulting liquid is returned to the solution system after cooling, activation and precipitation.
The original start-up and replenishment of soft water are completed in the collection tank. The desulfurizer supplement is added by the lean liquid pipe at the inlet of the desulfurizer tower.
