天然气干法脱硫原理!

大家通过多年的实践经验,对喷射再生槽进行了改进,提高了氧化和再生的效率,使得再生槽内浮选出的单质硫呈泡沫悬浮于液面上,充分氧化后硫泡沫的浓度会大大提高,硫泡沫量减少,大大降低了熔硫时间和蒸汽耗量,同时也提高了贫液的品质,降低了脱硫的运行成本。

1、气体流程:
1. Gas flow:
自前工段来的煤气进入湿法脱硫塔底部,自下而动,与上部喷淋下的脱硫液逆流接触,煤气中的H2S被吸取,塔顶出来的煤气进入捕液装置,捕除煤气中的部分水份后净化气(H2S≤20mg)后去下工段。

原始开车及补充软水在收集槽中完成。脱硫剂补充由脱硫塔入口贫液管加入。
