The biogas desulfurizer is a special biogas operation device. The biogas from the biogas digester enters the desulfurizer after preliminary dehydration. Hydrogen sulfide gas contacts with desulfurizer and is removed from biogas due to redox reaction. The desulfurization system can provide temperature and water gas content for desulfurization reaction, and the loading process of desulfurizer can also provide airflow channel and effective contact area for gas-solid reaction, which can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of desulfurizer and the purification degree of biogas.
The characteristic of the biogas desulfurizer is that a suspended porous pipe is connected to the air inlet of the desulfurization bottle. The porous pipe can extend horizontally into the inner cavity of the desulfurization bottle as far as possible or as long as possible. The porous pipe is densely covered with small holes, and the aperture of the small hole is smaller than the diameter of small iron oxide particles. The benefit lies in the arrangement of the porous pipe, which makes the area of the air outlet between the small iron oxide particles and a large amount of gas output; secondly, the moisture part of the iron oxide particles is soaked, but some of the air outlet holes can be retained; thirdly, the porous pipe is suspended, so that the water in the desulfurization bottle is accumulated under the suspended porous pipe, which is not easy to soak the iron oxide particles around the porous pipe.
The biogas produced by the anaerobic system is recycled. The biogas transmission pipe uses 304 stainless steel pipe, which can withstand the pressure above 50kPa. The natural gas pipeline has a reasonable direction with a slope of 0.05% in the direction of biogas, and the length is short without circle, so as to avoid increasing the pressure loss of biogas due to the increase of pipeline distance.
The biogas enters into the dehydration tank through stainless steel pipe. The outer part of the dehydration tank is made of carbon steel, and the internal anti-corrosion treatment is carried out. After the biogas enters from the upper air inlet with a certain pressure, the water drops rotate and collide with the dehydrator wall under the action of centrifugal force, which makes the water drop lose kinetic energy and separate from the biogas, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal and dehydration. The water droplets in the latter flow downward along the inner wall and remain at the bottom of the device, and are discharged regularly.
The dehydrated biogas enters the desulfurization tank again. The basic principle of dry desulfurization of medium hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in biogas gas is a method that oxidizes H2S into sulfur or sulfur oxide with O2, which can also be called dry oxidation method. The composition of dry process equipment is to put fillers in a container, and the filler layer has activated carbon, iron oxide, etc. The gas passes through the packing layer in the container at a low flow rate. After hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is oxidized to sulfur or sulfur oxide, the remaining gas is left in the packing layer. After purification, the gas is discharged from the other end of the container.
After a series of treatment, the harmful gas in biogas is removed, and then transported to the flare for combustion through flame arrester and electric explosion-proof butterfly valve. After combustion, the biogas has no harmful substances and can be directly discharged into the atmosphere.
